Hiring: Junior Customer Service Officer (Full-Time)
Based in Tai Seng / Ubi showroom

As a Junior Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients , both walk-ins and over the phone. You’ll assist with appointment bookings, respond to client enquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Attend to showroom walk-in customers and calls
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Answer WhatsApp / email enquiries professionally
Support consultants and update customer records
Follow up with clients to confirm installation or service dates
Handle basic admin duties
Requirements:
Friendly, polite, and good communication skills
Able to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer/WhatsApp/email skills
Willing to learn and work in a team
5.5-day work week (includes Saturday)
Singaporean/PR preferred
