Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue renewal terms
- Send reminders for accounts due for renewals that are pending confirmation
- Send renewal checklist and update Corp ID records
- Download claims reports
- Prepare benchmarking reports
- Amend renewal terms after negotiation with Business Units
- Follow up on renewals confirmation on package plans and tailored plans to avoid lapsed in cover
- Follow up on outstanding premium
- eDM creation (eg. LIG interim result, training, ad hoc)
- Liaise with vendor on Marketing collateral (eg. Monthly achievers poster, gifts ordering, ad hoc)
- Scheduled communication (eg. Mental Resilience Program)
- MS form creation (ad hoc)
- Assisting in issuance of policy contracts and policy schedules
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- GCE A Level / Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior administrative experience would be highly advantageous
