Retail Associate (3 Months Contract to Permanent) – Luxury Sportswear Brand

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a renowned luxury sportswear brand as a Full-Time Retail Associate. This is a 3-month contract role with high potential to convert to a permanent position. You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service, maintaining store standards, and creating a vibrant shopping experience.

Job Details:

• Salary: Up to $2,200 + commission ($300–$800/month based on performance)

• Working Hours: 44 hours/week (5-day work week including weekends and public holidays)

• Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2

• Transport: Free transport provided for early (6am) or late (1am) shifts

• Shift Timing (non-negotiable roster-based):
  • 6am–3pm
  • 12pm–9pm / 1pm–10pm
  • 2pm–12am / 3pm–1am

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily store operations and contribute to sales performance
• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
• Manage feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
• Assist with inventory checks and merchandising
• Build positive rapport with customers and teammates

Requirements:
• No prior retail experience required – training provided
• Enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
