We are a growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Project Admin cum Purchaser to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including typing, printing, filing, and mailing.
Collaborate with Project & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
Work closely with Project team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment.
Coordination with Project team for any ad-hoc job assignments
Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
Optimize monthly utilization rate for Project Manager & General Manager
Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager & General Manager
P-File update & Record & maintain database
Record Purchasing Request of items from Requester and submit it to the respective manager and department for approval.
Maintain the Stock and machine Inventory accuracy.
Assist team in daily operational routine
Any ad-hoc activities as assigned
Responsible for the daily operations including sourcing, evaluation and procurement of supplies.
Assist in Sourcing for appropriate products and services with the best possible pricing and payment terms by manner of quotations from suppliers.
Maintain and upkeep inventory control.
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Min O Level & above or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office
Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organised
Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated
Time and result oriented
Other Information:
5 days work per week
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Monday to Friday
