Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Specialist (Solution Center).

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Project Management of systemisation solution including the workflow study for standard and customise solution regardless of Business Unit.

• Create the procedures and tools for Affiliates and Business Partners to support the Systemisation and workflow study from pre-sales till project closure.

• Conduct questionnaires to collect and understand the workflow requirements and propose the best solutions for projects.

• Prepare project drawings.

• Present and discuss solutions with customers.

• Prepare project management plans.

• Act as project manager for duration of project(s).

• Conduct trainings/workshops to business partners/affiliates on tools for project management.

• Project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical science / IVD Information Technology

• 5 years working experience in IVD market

• Microsoft office/Visio/Projects with good communication skills

• Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers.

• Experience in automation projects with understanding of workflows.
