Accounts Executive (Full Sets) - #1104166

• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)

• Basic salary up $4500 + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.

• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and audit schedules.

• Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor/customer account reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full sets of accounts.

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Detail-oriented, independent, and organized.

• Familiar with manufacturing industry accounting is a plus.
