About the role

As a Planner at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's production and scheduling processes. Based in the Tampines North East Region, this full-time position will involve overseeing the planning and coordination of pest control services to meet the needs of our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive production and scheduling plans to optimise the allocation of resources and personnel

Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and effective delivery of pest control services

Monitor production and schedule performance, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or areas for improvement

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align production and scheduling with customer requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and scheduling activities

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's planning and scheduling processes

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in a planning or scheduling role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in the use of planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems or production management tools

Thorough understanding of production processes, inventory management, and logistics

A degree in a relevant field, such as operations management, industrial engineering, or logistics
