The Pre-Sales Assistant Manager/ Manager reports to the Head of Sales (Advanced Connectivity) and supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrations, and solution presentations to potential customers. The role identifies and understands customers’ needs and develops solutions. Their role involves collaborating with the sales team, technical team, and clients to create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of products and services. The role also provides technical expertise and support throughout the sales process to increase customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
Be Part of Our Success
Conduct product presentation and demonstration to prospect customers
Work with sales team and solution partners in articulating solutions to customers
Gather technical requirements, understand customer’s problems and devise creative solutions
Review RFx requirements, provide compliances and write solution proposal
Work with solution partners to find suitable products and form strategic relationships
Qualities We Value
Diploma or Degree from any major
2-3 years of experience in a presale position. Candidates with engineering experience and looking to move into pre-sales will be considered
Candidates with Mobile connectivity or mobile edge computing will be an added advantage
Willingness to travel as required
Location: Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio
