Job Info:

• Permanent role: Customer Service Executive

• Basic salary up to $2800

• Entitled OT / AWS / VB

• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

• Changi, East Region

• Logistic Industry, Entry level position; trainings will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air and sea transportation bookings.

• Maintain communication with air and sea carriers.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.

• Handle sea documentation, including bookings and bills of lading (BL).

Requirements:

• Preferably candidate residing in the east zone (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Hougang, and Sengkang)

• Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

• Must have the passion in learning
