Job Highlight

• Located at Tampines

• Up to  $4,500

• 5-Day Work Week (8.30AM to 5.30PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

• Provide production schedules, order status updates, and delivery timelines through regular and ad-hoc reports

• Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with delivery requirements

• Analyze supply chain metrics and assist in root cause analysis for missed targets

• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy and performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/MRP knowledge is an advantage

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

• Familiarity with RBA compliance standards is a plus
