Customer Support Assistant (Min 18-Month Contract)

Location: Changi Business Park
Salary: Up to $4,300/month

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join an established team in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. In this role, you’ll handle order processing and customer support, while also being exposed to the use of AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing and order changes through SAP, meeting service level standards

• Work with the team on process improvements, standardization, and automation projects using AI and RPA tools

• Understand pricing logic for orders and assist in resolving pricing discrepancies with relevant internal teams

• Handle customer account setup and updates in SAP

• Proactively resolve order holds to ensure timely shipments and meet company targets

• Identify and investigate data mismatches between systems before escalating for further action

• Use reports to monitor order management accuracy and performance

• Support customer orders for Asia, Europe, and North America markets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in order management or related fields

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (Fiori Apps) is a plus

• Interested in learning AI and automation tools to improve processes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures

• Good email writing skills and professional verbal communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word

• Able to multi-task between daily operations and project work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive and flexible attitude

• Must be able to work on a Tuesday–Saturday shift, from 5am to 2pm, and cover Singapore public holidays when required (US holiday coverage)
