Quantity Surveyor cum Contracts Administrator (5.5 days) - #1104052

• Lead and drive the Contract Management work
• Attend monthly Client and Stakeholder meeting independently
• Ability to prepare tender / contract documents
• Experience and be familiar working with statutory boards clients.
• Perform contract management and administration duties.
• Maintain strategic relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
• To update and administer both pre- and post-contract administration works for Term Contracts and minor improvement works.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payment are promptly made to contractors and service providers.
• Assist in the preparation of ITT/ITQ contract documentation including conducting site show round & tender interview.
• Assist in putting up recommendation paper and liaise with various government agencies.
• Conduct weekly meeting with client and preparation of minutes

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Building Services / Quantity Surveyor or related engineering discipline
• 3 years of relevant working experience and track records in managing contracts / projects.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess strong Contract and Project management skill set
