As a Corporate Account Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the frontlines of this mission, supporting health, community care organisations and corporate partners upskill their teams through our industry-recognised training programmes.
This is a hands-on B2B sales role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing. Your focus: delivering impactful training solutions across the community care, healthcare, and adjacent sectors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution and Client Outreach
· Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth
· Proactively identify and pursue new leads through outreach, referrals, and events
· Qualify prospects, pitch solutions, and close deals
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across healthcare, community care, and corporate sectors
Understand client needs and recommend relevant training solutions
Follow through on client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to internal teams
Maintain a healthy pipeline of repeat business and client referrals
3. Account Servicing and Retention
Identify opportunities to introduce additional or complementary training solutions based on client needs
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality
Maintain accurate records across all sales stages
Liaise with internal teams (training and operations) to ensure seamless delivery and follow-through
Undertake any other duties as assigned to support organisational goals
Key Requirements
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B direct sales (training or healthcare industries preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts
Skills
• Confidence in cold outreach and closing deals
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative selling approach
• Digitally savvy, able to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting using digital tools
