Quantity Surveyor - #1104031

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all tender and customer enquiries.

• Prepare costing, including quantity take-off, cost breakdown, and tender submissions.

• Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for price comparison.

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

• Issue and process work orders upon client confirmation.

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers/subcontractors, verify payments, and handle settlement of final accounts.

• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules and transportation logistics.

• Monitor and track deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Support the project team to ensure all site installations are on schedule and meet customer requirements.

• Issue Delivery Orders to clients.

• Support the project team in preparing and submitting necessary documents to commence and complete projects.

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements with clients.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or equivalent relevant qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in the interior fit-outs/renovation industry is an advantage.

• Candidates without related working experience but with relevant qualifications will be considered.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
