The RF Field Application Engineer (FAE) supports customers with technical advice and hands-on help for RF Wireless solutions. This includes design assistance, troubleshooting, product integration, and pre-/post-sales support, while also working with internal teams to improve products based on customer feedback.

Customer Support & Solutions

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RF Wireless customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions, demos, or design improvements.

• Support RF system design and help customers integrate RF components into their products.

• Create reference designs and technical specs tailored to customer use cases.

• Conduct workshops and product training for customers.

• Prepare user guides and technical documentation to support implementation.

• Gather feedback on products and suggest improvements.

• Stay updated on RF/BT/WLAN technology trends to enhance support and development.

• Work with sales and marketing during customer engagements.

• Show initiative, collaborate well, and contribute positively to the team environment.
  
  Requirements

• 5+ years experience in RF/Microwave electronics engineering applications area.

• Possess strong technical knowledge of RF Wireless technologies, e.g. Cellular/RF Microwave and understanding RF principles such as RF/microwave circuit design/schematic layout, applications and test results.

• Good knowledge of IoT technologies (Bluetooth/WLAN/Lorawan/Sigfox) will be an advantage

• Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)

• Understanding of industry-specific applications, such as automotive ADAS, 5G, or satellite systems will be a plus.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing is a must.
