工作职责：

• 协助主班教师策划并开展有趣且富有成效的中文课程

• 为学生提供个性化的辅导与支持，帮助他们达成学习目标

• 与教学团队合作，制定并实施有效的教学策略

• 跟进学生学习进展，并提供有建设性的反馈，促进其学业成长

• 良好的中文书写与口语能力，O’水准高级华文成绩B3或spm B以上

• 有与小学年龄学生工作的经验，最好有教学或辅导经验

About the role

We are looking for several passionate and responsible Chinese Language Assistant Teachers to join a reputable and professional Chinese education institution. This is a full-time position, based across more than 20 branches islandwide in Singapore. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play an important role in supporting the Chinese language education of students from preschool to secondary levels.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering engaging Chinese language lessons

2. Providing individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning objectives

3. Collaborating with the teaching team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

4. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to support their academic growth

5. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the classroom

6. Participating in professional development activities to continuously enhance your teaching skills

What we're looking for

1. Strong proficiency in the Chinese language, both written and spoken. O level Chinese B3 or above.

2. Experience working with primary school-aged students, preferably in a teaching or tutoring capacity

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues

4. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential

5. Able to work in weekends; Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team
