Integration Manager (System ) - #1103954

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive integration architecture, best practices, and standards across projects.

• Plan, track, and manage integration workstreams across multiple systems and domains.

• Review and approve integration specifications, data mapping, and interface designs and Ensure production readiness through well-documented handovers to L2/L3 support teams.

• Oversee issue investigation and resolution for integration-related defects and incidents.

• Establish integration monitoring, health checks, and alerting mechanisms for live systems and Enforce version control, coding standards, and documentation for all integration components.

• Ensure all integrations comply with data security, audit, and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software/system integration.

• At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.

• Proven expertise in integration technologies (Kafka, IBM MQ, APIs, GitLab).

• Hands-on experience with API development, middleware orchestration, data transformation, and message routing.

• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD integration pipelines.

• Familiarity with structured ICT environments, particularly in service projects.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture is a strong plus.

• Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Kafka) are advantageous.
