Key Responsibilities

• Develop and shoot engaging short-form videos & photo content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & more

• Conceptualise and produce content that aligns with campaign goals and brand strategy

• Collaborate with marketers, clients, and talents/influencers to amplify reach and impact

• Support content-led campaign strategies and analyse performance for growth

• Edit, optimise, and deliver polished content that gets shared and remembered

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation (portfolio required)

• Confident shooting with camera/phone and setting up basic lighting/audio

• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing tools

• Strong eye for visual storytelling, framing, and pacing

• Comfortable client-facing, brainstorming ideas, and working in fast-paced teams

• Bonus: TikTok/Reels content track record, basic design/motion skills, or influencer connections
