Electrical Project Manager - #1103936

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team, overseeing project progression while managing costs and ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Monitor and supervise subcontractors' work, ensuring it aligns with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.

• Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples to ensure alignment and approval.

• Ensure that electrical and ELV design drawings meet all design specifications and guidelines, while identifying and resolving any discrepancies between electrical, structural, ID, architectural, and client requirements.

• Apply sound technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services to address potential issues and discrepancies.

• Manage and drive project execution to meet deadlines, ensuring all milestones are achieved as per plan.

• Attend meetings with contractors, providing updates and addressing any issues to maintain smooth project progression.

• Review and study project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.

• Allocate tasks to engineers and supervisors, ensuring all work is completed to standard and follows the set SOPs.

  Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Electrical or M&E field, with managerial experience preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good communication.
