Quantity Surveyor ( Construction / North / 5 Days / Basic up to S$ 6000) - #1103926

Our client, one of Singapore's established construction company specializing in general building construction, including major upgrading works, is seeking for talents for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

Working Location : North Area (nearest MRT - Sembawang)

Working Hours : 5 Days (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm)

Remuneration Package :

• Basic up to S$ 6,000

• AWS

• Variable Bonuses

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities

• Manage and prepare tender administration and submission

• Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors

• Evaluate price comparison and costing summary

• Prepare material samples for approval

• Attend site meetings and take note of work progress

• Preparation of monthly progress claims to clients

• Prepare, verify and upkeep of project variation work and site instructions

• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• At least a Diploma or Degree in relevant Engineering / Interior Designing field

• Preferably with 7 to 8 years relevant working experience in the Construction Industry/Interior Design firm/Interior fit-out

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks

• Proficient in MS Office skills

• Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) will be added advantage
