Job Scope:

• Oversee daily maintenance of the building and ensure smooth operations.

• Manage repair and maintenance schedules for all areas of the facility.

• Act as Fire Safety Manager according to Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) regulations.

• Conduct safety checks, risk assessments, and accident investigations.

• Lead emergency drills and safety training for staff.

• Organize fire drills and ensure fire safety procedures are followed

• Supervise contractors and check their work quality.

• Check fire protection systems and train staff in emergency responses.

• Handle maintenance requests and suggest improvement works or upgrades to the facility

• Monitor maintenance costs and propose budget plans.

• Lead and guide a team of mechanics to carry out quality repairs and servicing.

• Ensure enough spare parts are available to avoid lack of inventory.

• Manage daily operations of the vehicle workshop and ensure workshop operations follow safety and regulatory standards.

• Make sure all work areas follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.

• Relevant experience in in facilities maintenance, building operations, or automotive workshop management.

• Good knowledge of building maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, air-conditioning).

• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and practices

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills

• Possess Fire Safety Certification and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) related certifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
