Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of operations assistants in both day and night shifts.

• Oversee the timely and accurate receiving of deliveries, ensuring stock is entered correctly into the system.

• Manage stock transfers and documentation, ensuring compliance with procedures.

• Ensure efficient and accurate product stocking across multiple locations.

• Develop and implement manpower plans to maintain optimal staffing levels across different shifts.

• Assist with recruitment, roster planning, and leave management in collaboration with HR.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, increasing operational efficiency and productivity.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced environment, preferably from FMCG or retail multi-store backgrounds.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with inventory management systems and logistics operations.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional night shifts and weekends
