- Efficiently manage office tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments/schedules, and handling correspondences
- assist sales team in daily operations (quotation, delivery/collection, invoicing, coordination...)
- responsible for job registration, follow up job status with internal team/subcon/suppliers
- follow up and send calibration reminders (monthly)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have experience in administrative roles, sales admin experience preferred
