Join us at Alpha X Technology as a .NET Application Engineer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in the full software development lifecycle of manufacturing systems and enterprise applications.

What You Will Do

As a .NET Application Engineer in our development team, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software features supporting key manufacturing processes and workflows.

• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Business Analyst Team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

• Create detailed technical designs, write clean, maintainable code, and participate in rigorous testing and validation processes.

• Develop and maintain .NET Core-based applications, backend services, and system integrations using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable connectivity between systems and support data-driven decision-making.

• Design and implement responsive, modern front-end interfaces using Angular in collaboration with UI/UX teams.

• Contribute to troubleshooting, investigations, and implementation of root cause analysis, preventive, and corrective actions to support system reliability.

• Work with SQL Server or equivalent databases to store, manage, and retrieve operational and business data.

• Participate in code reviews, maintain development documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UI/UX designers, and other engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Proficiency in Angular for front-end development.

• Experience with .NET Core is required.

• Experience developing software in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong plus.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
