• Lead brand and product marketing for Skincare/ Makeup across SEA+India, blending strategic brand storytelling with product launch excellence.

• Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and sales forecasting.

• Partner with commercial, retail, PR, digital, and global teams to ensure cohesive execution and consistent brand experience.

• 5 Months Contract (Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing

• Lead the localization of global brand campaigns and manage comprehensive 360-degree marketing efforts across various channels, including social, digital, and in-store.

• Drive brand awareness, engagement, and equity through creative storytelling and data-driven decisions, collaborating with the PR team to maximize impact.

Product Marketing

• Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.

• Lead sales forecasting and demand planning, analyzing data to inform forecasts and inventory, and developing launch plans in collaboration with retail and education teams

Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with internal functions and retail partners to ensure cohesive execution across all consumer touchpoints.

• Track KPIs, deliver timely campaign reports, and manage the marketing budget for category campaigns and launches
