About the Company:

As a Customer Service professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support by handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to general customer inquiries and feedback across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media.
Provide clear and accurate information on products, pricing, and stock availability.
Address and resolve customer complaints in line with company guidelines and service standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on the status of customer requests and ensure timely resolutions.
Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain proper records.
Analyze and compile data on customer compliments and complaints for reporting purposes.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any field of study.
Ideally possesses 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably within a service-oriented environment.
Demonstrates a strong customer-focused approach and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent written communication abilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
