Sales Coordinator - #1103770

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating project orders for the sales team
• Providing indoor support to sales team on customer service
• Handling sales enquiries and quotations (walk-in customers, email, phone and fax)
• Processing order entry, invoicing and purchase order
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Prefer minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience preferably in the industry of selling construction electrical products
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• ‘O’ level / ITC/ Diploma or any discipline (prefer Electrical)
