About the Role
We’re looking for a service-driven, detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to support the planning and execution of our large-scale parenting and baby fairs. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations from pre-planning through on-site execution. Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage event timelines to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate across departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance) for end-to-end planning
Support pre-event briefings and post-event reviews
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Manage contracts and ensure service delivery according to agreements
Build reliable vendor networks for recurring events
Oversee event setup, booth allocation, manpower distribution, and crowd flow
Handle on-site issue resolution swiftly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
Support the creation and monitoring of event budgets
Track expenses and highlight opportunities for cost optimization
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related fields
1–2 years of relevant experience in event operations, ideally in retail or parenting sectors
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Willing to work on weekends or extended hours during event periods
Familiarity with event software or CRM tools is an advantage
