Responsibilities 

• Act as the main point of contact for parents and school administrators on transportation matters.

• Provide timely updates on bus schedules, delays, or changes via text messages and emails.

• Address special requests such as changes to pick-up/drop-off locations or special transport needs.

• Receive and manage complaints related to service delays, driver conduct, or student behavior, investigate issues with the operations team, and provide prompt resolutions.

• Share accurate, up-to-date information on routes, schedules, and service changes, including during emergencies.

• Work closely with the operations and route planning teams to resolve service issues and implement improvements.

• Handle reports of safety concerns or inappropriate behavior on buses, and coordinate follow-up actions with parents and schools.

• Promote and communicate bus safety guidelines clearly to parents and students.

• Maintain accurate records of communications, complaints, and service updates.

• Manage and update the customer service database, and assist in preparing reports and tracking service quality metrics.

Requirements 

• Possess at least Diploma in any field 

• With minimally 2 years of customer service experience is preferred 

• Proficient in using transport operations systems and updating CRM platforms.

• Awareness of student transportation safety standards is beneficial.
