Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute projects in line with organizational goals

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continual improvement of quality, environmental, and water efficiency management systems

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and ISO 46001 standards

• Conduct internal audits for QEMS and WEMS; coordinate with relevant departments for external, customer, and vendor audits

• Manage QEMS/WEMS documentation and oversee the Document Control Center

• Implement and maintain information security practices across all stages of the information lifecycle

• Track and analyze production quality indicators, including failure costs, yield, and pass rates

• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal teams and suppliers

• Resolve product and material quality issues, manage customer feedback, and handle product disposition

• Provide technical, quality, and environmental support to customers

• Monitor calibration schedules and arrange third-party services as required

• Perform maintenance and calibration of X-ray equipment, including troubleshooting and coordination with vendors for repairs

• Prepare and update monthly performance reports on X-ray equipment

• Assist in sample testing and pilot production for new product launches

• Actively support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including E-Kaizen, EMS, and water efficiency programs

• Participate in the company’s Emergency Response Plan and fulfill assigned duties

• Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Additional Information:

• Preferably experienced in supplier management and product qualification

• Certified Lead/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, IATF 16949, or ISO 46001 is an added advantage

• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC; Minitab or JMP experience is a plus

• Proficient in 8D tools (e.g., Fishbone, 5 Whys)
