About the Role:
This role will be responsible to manage key medical projects. It involves designing and developing training and education programmes, platform, and tools to help drive business objectives. The MSA Senior Executive will engage physicians, surgeons, nurses, residents, and other related Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Reporting to the MSA Manager, the role will be accountable for projects and countries (mainly SEA and South Asia) under the Singapore office.
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage regional medical activities from conception to completion as assigned, ensure delivery of timely and high-quality activities according to budget and timelines.
Work with cross-boundaries and cross-functional teams to roll out MSA programmes, and ensure all HCP engagement related requirements are met and within code of conduct and regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Develop strategic partnerships with and drive discussions with key HCPs relating to all MSA functions.
To conduct research on key country for market visualization and present to team to evaluate market opportunities and potential.
To brainstorm and participate on team discussions on Medical Affairs Strategy and activities that are aligned from the country-regional-global levels.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the responsible product discipline, including its proper use in appropriate clinical settings.
To ensure patient safety and sustainability when Olympus products are used in a MSA event.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the MSA manager.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years or more experience working in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical (or related)
Enthusiastic to work with APAC stakeholders, especially in the ASEAN and South Asia region.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Able to travel regionally as required.
Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player.
Excellent organization skills and ability to operate effectively in a diverse, multicultural, matrix organization.
Confidence in driving projects from conception to completion.
Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
