Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tender proposals for electrical projects, ensuring competitive and accurate bids.

• Review project specifications to understand technical and contractual requirements.

• Estimate costs for labour, materials, and equipment with precision.

• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate for cost efficiency.

• Compile tender documentation in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather required inputs for tender preparation.

• Evaluate bid outcomes and suggest improvements to strengthen future submissions.

• Advise senior management and contribute strategic feedback

Requirements:

• Skilled in using tender preparation tools and software

• Strong in cost analysis and estimation

• Knowledgeable in M&E system specifications and requirements
