As a Manager (Social Impact & Community Partnerships), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Reporting to Head of Corporate Communications and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will elevate community engagement to a strategic discipline-rooted in policy, informed by data and amplified through impactful story telling

• Play a pivotal role in organization's mission by fostering a culture of volunteerism and strengthening cross-sector partnerships across public, private and community stakeholders.

• Contribute to a strategic framework that aligns volunteer engagement, philanthropy and communications to drive holistic community impact.

• Develop and implement frameworks that align volunteerism with the organisation’s philanthropy and communications strategies.

• Drive stakeholder mapping and volunteer profiling to enhance engagement planning.

• Collaborate with service leads across Medical, Senior, Psychiatric, and Autism sectors to co-create integrated initiatives.

• Cultivate networks and partnerships with schools, corporates, faith-based organisations, NGOs, and grassroots groups.

• Align volunteer activities with donor and philanthropic efforts to generate collective impact.

• Maintain robust governance frameworks, SOPs, and compliance structures for volunteer management.

• Lead the development of a volunteer management system to track participation, contributions, and outcomes.

• Formulate and update volunteer policies to align with organisational goals and regulatory standards.

• Drive storytelling and awareness campaigns that advocate for inclusive volunteerism and community support.

• Work with the Communications team to develop content for digital, social media, and mainstream platforms.

• Identify training and development needs for volunteers and staff engaged in community outreach.

• Analyse engagement data to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Background in community relations, volunteer management, CSR, or philanthropy is preferred.

• Able to design clear, future-focused systems and builds trust-based partnerships across sectors.

• Skilled in storytelling and digital communications.

• Confident with data, using insights to improve programs and report impact.
