Interactive Project Manager - #1103582

We’re hiring an Interactive Multimedia Project Producer to lead the delivery of all interactive and multimedia software for a children’s science centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Some travelling plans may be required.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across all multimedia deliverables

• Coordinate creative development, briefings, WIP reviews, testing, and system integration

• Drive quality assurance, creative optimization, and value engineering

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, visual comms, spatial, tech, project) and external production partners

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, to be able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients

• Basic Russian is a plus to communicate with Russian speaking clients

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

• Strong coordination, communication, and project documentation skills

• Familiarity with integrating digital media, content, and hardware in offline experiential environments

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
