Project Manager – Infrastructure & Housing Development | Up to $10K - #1103580

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of works

• Oversee daily site operations in accordance with the project schedule

• Supervise and guide subordinates to meet workmanship and material standards

• Anticipate and resolve site issues to prevent delays and cost overruns

• Chair WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) committee and attend site meetings

• Ensure all client requirements and concerns are addressed promptly

• Uphold and enforce company policies among team members

• Review and approve plant/material requisitions

• Authorize site-level purchases and equipment rental

• Work closely with Contracts Department to manage changes to the contract

• Respond to customer feedback and complaints professionally

• Identify and assess foreseeable risks related to site and work processes

• Minimize environmental impacts associated with construction activities

• Enforce MOM safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections

• Participate actively in Risk Assessment exercises

• Ensure all Risk Assessments are properly briefed/re-briefed to workers

• Empowered to stop any unsafe work immediately and implement corrective measures

• Continuously review and revise Risk Assessments as needed

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in HDB projects

• Strong leadership, coordination, and planning skills

• Familiar with BCA, LTA, and MOM regulations

• Recognised certifications (e.g. PMP, WSQ, or equivalent) are advantageous

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work under pressure and solve problems on-site independently
