PHP Developer (Spring) - #1103572

Our client is a market leader in the Payments industry. As the company continues to expand within Singapore and South-East Asia, they will be looking to hire for a PHP Developer with strong experience in the Spring framework.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers, software architects, and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications on the frontend or backend using PHP and the Spring framework.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and compliance with internal development standards.

• Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and stability, while effectively identifying and resolving software defects.

• Collaborate with frontend or backend teams, based on your area of expertise, to integrate application components and ensure seamless user experiences.

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure backend solutions using PHP.

• Support quality assurance efforts by working closely with QA teams to test, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs efficiently.

• Partner with DevOps engineers to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployment workflows.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product management, UX/UI designers, and operations teams to drive successful project delivery.

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and minimize manual intervention.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of proven experience as a PHP Developer in frontend, backend or preferably full-stack development

• Proficient in Java, Javascript, PHP and their related framework such as Spring

• Strong knowledge of securities concepts and secure coding methodologies, contributing to the creation of robust and security-focused software solutions
