Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of ophthalmic instruments to clinics, hospitals, optical retail chains, and private practices

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and industry networking

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations, in-clinic trials, and training for users

• Work closely with technical and application support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage tender submissions and prepare quotations/proposals

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices or the optical/ophthalmic industry preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, results-oriented, and customer-focused

• Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

• Familiarity with Singapore healthcare or optical retail sector is a plus

• Possessing own transport is an advantage (but not mandatory)
