Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets

• Collaborate with General Manager on strategic sales planning

• Drive market growth and maintain strong customer relationships

• Assist in sales meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Maintain deep product knowledge and assess customer needs

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

• Track sales data and customer info in CRM system

• Monitor competitors and provide market feedback reports on trends, opportunities, and technological developments

• Assist in resolving post-sales product issues and managing customer complaints

• Participate in internal training and product familiarization programs

• Contribute to the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development

• Proficient in MS Office, and general PC literacy

• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and sales skills

• Professional demeanor with customer-oriented approach

• Willingness to travel overseas when required
