Responsibilities:

* Conduct inspection for incoming, in process and outgoing QC checks

* Perform environment and personal inspection

* Perform food testing in laboratory, with training be provided

* Compile reporting on the inspection for data analysis

* Others duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* Min 2 years QC experience in food industries

* Good understanding of food hygiene requirement and standards

* Familiar with basic control measures and QC checks

* Able to work in shifts
