Position: Recruitment officer
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the financial services industry
Utilize recruitment strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
-Entry level/Diploma holders
-Able to work independently
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
We welcome Fresh graduate.
