Key Responsibility :
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat platforms
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
Identify recurring issues and service gaps; escalate to management and assist in implementing corrective actions
Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
Support order processing and invoicing for both local and export spare parts shipments
Generate regular customer service reports, including weekly updates and monthly summaries for business units and senior management
Job Requirements :
