Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scope and proposal development

• Build and manage customer relationships and business opportunities

• Responsible to identify and build a diversified customer base

• Follow up on Construction Project with maintenance/ service proposal

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Construction and Renovation knowledge is an advantage

• Achieved Sales Target

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of the construction market, products, and services.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred, to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders
