Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of QS duties including measurement, quotation requests, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and project cost evaluations

• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate costing and documentation

• Monitor ongoing project costs and work closely with the project team for budget control

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (Singapore-based experience required)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for cost tracking and documentation

• Prior experience in A&A and interior fit-out projects preferred; candidates from main contractors must be aware this is builder work
