Our client is a Global Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions Provider. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as "Support Officer".
Responsibilities :
Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
Support the application process for Visas for the management team. Liaison with travel agencies, embassies and other group companies to confirm the latest Visa requirements for travel designations.
Assist EA in planning and organizing both internal and external meetings and events.
Ensure timely communication and preparation with all relevant parties.
Assist in simplified calendar management for Directors under the EA's instructions.
Assist in reconciling and verifying travel and entertainment claims in accordance with the Company's business expense policy. This includes preparing travel requisition and submission of claims etc
Organise and maintain records, files and documents relating to administration
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
Administrative duties and any other duties assigned by the Executive Assistant
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent with ideally 3 years or so relevant work experience.
Open to fresh Graduates keen to pursue a career in administrative, secretarial or customer service.
This role involves communication with stakeholders in China and Hong Kong
Office Location : East
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed and meticulous in administration
Available for flexible hours across time zones occasionally
Possess good listening skills, take EA's instructions and work as a strong team player
