• Position: Accounts Assistant (SIMPLE DUTIES)

• Location: Defu Lane 

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Fuel Products

Main Responsibilities:

• Handles daily AR and AP functions

• Assist in data entry of receipts and supplier invoices in accounting system

• Monitoring outstanding invoices with customers

• Preparation of payment to suppliers and customers

• Handle AR/AP reconciliation

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

• Possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy and 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
