What You'll Do:

• Lead the site construction team to ensure smooth and timely execution of work.

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and workmanship standards.

• Plan ahead to address potential issues that may affect cost, schedule, or quality.

• Guide subordinates and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

• Chair WSH committee, attend site meetings, and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Approve plant/material requisitions and authorize site purchases and rentals.

• Administer contract changes in coordination with the contracts department.

• Handle customer complaints and assess site risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures.

• Enforce MOM safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement safe work procedures.

• Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections; stop unsafe work when necessary.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• 5 years of relevant experience in institutional/residential projects
