Senior/ Recruitment Consultant - #1103430

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill various job positions within our client organizations. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your primary goal will be to match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities while ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet clients' staffing needs.

Requirements: 

• Open to candidates with or without prior recruitment experience, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Educational qualifications such as Diploma or equivalent are required, additional qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
