IT Support ( Level 1, Hardware and software) - #1103409

Our client is one of the established MNC in Singapore, they are seeking for multiple level 1 IT support to faciliate project and business needs.
Salary: $2,400 + Variable Bonus
1 Year direct contract
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support and client device management
Handle service requests related to client platforms
Manage user accounts (e.g., password resets, creation, deletion)
Perform local server admin tasks for software deployment and patching
Coordinate hardware replacements with vendors
Support and manage client platform implementation/upgrades
Ensure service level compliance and propose corrective actions when needed
Maintain system configuration documentation and submit regular progress reports
Establish and follow IT best practices across projects
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer/Electronic Engineering or related field
At least 1 year of experience in IT support or tech administration
Basic networking knowledge is an advantage
