What you'll be doing?

• Budget Management: Oversee budget estimates, cost checking, and preparation of tender submissions to ensure project financial success.

• Scope Analysis: Review specifications and drawings to determine work scope and develop accurate costing structures.

• Contract Administration: Manage submission works, contractual requirements, and variations to maintain project integrity.

• Financial Oversight: Handle progress claims, payments, and account finalization to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Quantity Take-offs: Carry out detailed quantity take-offs for both tendering and ongoing projects to maintain accuracy.

• Cost Evaluation: Conduct price comparisons and prepare costing summaries to support informed decision-making.

• Budget Monitoring: Track actual construction against contract work quantities to manage costs within budget throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Planning: Assist with project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Attend project and site meetings with customers, consultants, and vendors to maintain clear communication channels.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Hold a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.

• Industry Experience: Bring at least 5 years of working experience in Singapore's construction industry, main contractors, or builders.

• Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple project responsibilities.

• Independent Worker: Show ability to work independently and proactively deliver tasks with minimal supervision.

• Pressure Handling: Display initiative and thrive under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various project stakeholders.
