Project Quantity Surveyor - #1103407

Our client is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Manage project finances: Handle quotations, orders, claims, final accounts, settlements, and sub-contractor payments.

• Negotiate effectively: Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal project outcomes.

• Perform quantity takeoffs: Measure quantities and conduct detailed take-offs from drawings for accurate tender and cost estimation purposes.

• Monitor project progress: Follow up on outstanding payments and keep relevant stakeholders updated on project advancements.

• Provide customer service: Respond to calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Conduct site inspections: Check sites and attend project meetings to monitor work progress and resolve any issues that arise.

• Support team objectives: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to overall project success.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field to provide a strong foundation for the role.

• Industry experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Facade industry, bringing valuable insights to the team.
